Shojou/Romance Manga Recommendations

Tonari no Kaibutsu Kun

I highly recommend this school-life shojou manga to all shojou lovers out there. The story revolves around a really good student named Mizutani Shizuku who does not have any idea about love and Yoshida  Haru, a violent yet funny and loving guy who follows Shizuku all the time, He often gets into a fight and Shizuku is the one who understands his behavior more than anyone else. This is a completed manga that'll make you laugh and love the characters so much. It also has an anime version which I really love as well. <3

Last Game

This is also a very cute and funny story of a childhood friends named Yanagi Naoto and Kujo Mikoto. Yanagi is a nice,handsone, intelligent and rich boy while Kujo is a plain girl from a single parent poor family. Yanagi always comes first in all his subjects not until the day he met Kujo. Their cute love story is something that'll make you all want to finish the whole manga in one day, <3

Taiyou no le

This is a completed manga that'll show you the importance of communication between family members. Mao is a girl from a broken family who hangs out often at the Nakamura's house . A house filled with love and joy which Mao never had in her own place. She grew up being friends with Hiro, the eldest son of the Nakamura family who later had to live alone in their house after their parents passed away.Their cute love story started when Mao had no place to go and Hiro invited her to stay in his big house with him. This manga will make you laugh and cry. It deals not only with love between the people who like each other but also between family members.This manga apparently won an award too, so you should put this on your "must read list". <3

Dengeki Daisy

This exciting romance/comedy/action manga is about Teru, a girl who has a genius brother who died when she was young. The only thing her brother left her is a cellphone and Daisy's number. A mysterious person who always supports her, She will fall in love with a man working as a janitor in her school. His name is Kurosaki, and he is hiding something from Teru, what could that be?

Faster than a Kiss

Kazuma is a a high school teacher who is very passionate about his job. He has a student named Fumino whom he shares a deep secret with. What's their secret? Oh well, you should read this for you to know and I'm sure that you'll fall in love with them. ^_^

ReLife

The unique plot of this manga will surely capture your heart. It also has an anime version which is as adorable and exciting as its manga. The story is about Arata and Hishiro. Arata is a 27 year-old unemployed man who is given another chance to be young and experience high school life all over again. While Hishiro is an excellent student who is bad at getting along with other people. The manga is ongoing but it's so fun to read because the animation is just so great and the way the writer wrote each character's line is amazing! It is actually the first colored manga that I have read. The way the characters look in the anime is similar to how they look in the manga. <3

Hapi Mari

Ooops, this is for 18 years old and above okay? lol The story is about a girl named Chiwa who works for the Mamiya corporation in the morning, but works at a cabaret at night. She has to work hard to pay his father's huge debt. Hokuto on the other hand is the president of the Mamiya company where Chiwa is working. Their love story will begin after having their arranged marriage, It's a completed series so you won't have to guess what the ending will be, (^_~)

Strobe Edge

The story revolves around Ninako, a girl who has never experienced love not til she met Ren. A handsome and nice schoolmate of hers whom she fell in love with. The only problem is that Ren is in a serious relationship with a model name Mayuka. How will this story turn out? (^_^) This manga gave me a lot of feels too.I hope you'll feel the same when you read it. <3

Hirunaka no Ryuusei

A country girl named Suzume Yosana had to move to Tokyo to live with her uncle. She bump with a guy who helped her find her way to his uncle's house. It turned out that the man is actually her home room teacher. She'll then fall in love with him, but, will hey end up together?

Akatsuki no Yona

This manga is one of my favorites. I just put it at last because the manga does not have a lot of romantic scenes that'll make u feel the shoujo feels. (unfortunately) :(  However, it also has a good plot, It is about a princess named Yona  who was chased away from her own castle and kingdom with her bodyguard named Hak. In order to get back, they have to find the four legendary dragons of the Kouka Kingdom. This reminds me of Fushigi Yugi, but I like this one better.  <3

TinkerBella

I've always wanted to become a blogger but failed to find courage to do so in the past years of my life. And now I am finally writing my first ever blog post. :-P

A few years ago before I graduated from college, I started working for a Korean company named Eduplaza and Spicus Global Inc. In there, I met a lot of good people. Good Trainers, good TLs, managers and most of all, loving co-workers. We were like one big happy family in that company. Recently, I've been missing the happy times  I spent with those people and I realized that I would never in my life meet people like them ever again. Anyway I once cosplayed as Tinkerbell in this company during our Halloween celebration and this is actually what this post is all about. lol. :-P
One of my co workers is a professional photographer and he asked me if we could have a shoot together. I was very delighted when he said that. I mean who wouldn't want to have beautiful pictures of them taken by a pro. for FREE! Right? Here are some of my pictures.
